These Yummy frozen melt in your mouth morsels, have a luscious mellow lime flavor.

Crust Ingredients: 1 vanilla wafer or shortbread store bought crumb crust in foil pie tin, 1/2 cup finely chopped macadamias, 2 T. melted real butter

Filling Ingredients: 8 ounces cream cheese softened, 1 can sweetened condensed milk, 1/3 c. powdered sugar, 1 tsp. vanilla, 13 drops dōTERRA lime essential oil, 1 cup real cream whipped to stiff peaks.

Directions: Line a muffin tin with 12 paper liners. Place crust crumbs in a bowl, stir in macadamias, and melted butter. Using half the crumb mixture, spoon 1 tablespoon into bottom of each liner, pressing down to make a crust.  Set aside.
With an electric mixer, beat the cream cheese in a large bowl till creamy. Add the condensed milk, powdered sugar, vanilla, and lime essential oil – blend till smooth.  On low stir in whipped cream.  Fill cups almost to the top with filling (reserving about 1 c. for topping), then place 1 T. crumbs on top, finishing off crumbs.  Press crumbs down lightly.  Cover with plastic or foil and freeze until firm. Cover and refrigerate remaining filling.  Remove cupcakes from freezer, remove liners if desired, place on plates.  Place a dollop of reserved filling on top and garnish for spring and serve.

Tip: Macadamia Key Lime Pie – place half of crumb mixture back in pie tin up the sides part way, and press, add filling, then other 1/2 of crumbs, cover with plastic top from pie crust and freeze – remove from freezer 10 minutes before serving – slice – place on plates, top with reserved filling – garnish and serve.

Cinnamon Hot Cocoa

1 cup Water, 5 tsp. cocoa powder, 1/2 c. sugar, 1-1/2 tsp. vanilla, 3 cups milk, Doterra Cinnamon Essential Oil

Directions: In a medium sauce pan mix cocoa and sugar, add other ingredients – except cinnamon oil, heat.   Dip the end of toothpick in cinnamon oil and stir into cocoa.   Pour into cups and enjoy.  For an extra treat stir in a little cream. YUM!  My favorite is orange oil.

Aromatherapy Diffusers

Which Diffusers are best?  our Doterra Aroma Ace electric diffuser on right – The preferred diffusers have special air pump designs to disperse essential oils in a micro-fine vapor; where they stay suspended for several hours to reduce airborne infectious pathogens, fungus and mold plus freshen the air with natural fragrances.  When essential oils are diffused, the molecules are broken up into micro-fine mist particles.  These mist particles stay suspended in the air for long periods of time.  Not only does this reduce bacteria, mold and odors in the air, but these micro-mist particles also benefit those who inhale them.
Don’t mask the odors.
Diffused essential oils don’t just mask odors; they actually alter the structure of the molecules that create odors and render them harmless!  Another huge benefit is that diffused essential oils increase the available oxygen in the room while producing negative ions.

Ideas for diffusing oils  –  1 or 2 drops for small rooms, 3 or 4 drops for open large rooms!
1.    Cinnamon can assist with colds, coughs, and flu when diffused.  (dilute when used topically with fractionated coconut oil)
2.    When Cassia is diffused it can assist with fevers, colds, flu, low vitality, chills and will support the digestive system.  (dilute when used topically with fractionated coconut oil)
3.    If headaches, mental exhaustion, and depression are an issue. Grapefruit is a great oil to diffuse.
4.    Put a few drops of Eucalyptus in a diffuser to assist with bronchitis, flu, and hay fever.
5.    Frankincense when diffused creates a pleasant fragrance, yet at the same time can be beneficial with bronchitis, headaches, and pneumonia.
6.    Diffusing Lavender oil may support the body’s natural defense against airborne sensitivities to the skin and immune system.  It can create a very relaxing atmosphere.
7.    Citrus Bliss elevates everyone’s mood when diffused.
8.    Lemongrass oil diffused can be used for nervousness and as an insect repellent (or Terrashield for insects).  It is also great to revive the mind when feeling lethargic and to energize as well as relieving fatigue.
9.    To help stop nocturnal teeth grinding, diffuse Serenity while sleeping.  This may also help calm overactive hard to manage children.
10.    To stop colds from becoming severe, diffuse On Guard at the first sign of a cold.
11.    To promote sleep and feelings of peace, diffuse Marjoram – herb of happiness.  It can also prove beneficial when diffused for asthma, bronchitis, poor circulation, coughs, physical exhaustion, headaches, tension, insomnia, sinusitis, anxiety, nervous tension and stress.
12.    Wild Orange when diffused can assist with colds, flu, nervous tension, and relaxing for children at bedtime.
13.    Diffuse Peppermint oil in the room while studying may improve concentration and accuracy.
14.    If you want a calming and relaxing atmosphere, diffuse Ylang Ylang.
15.    Diffuse Purify to clean the air and neutralize foul or stale odors.

For help passing a stone – Pure essential oils: use 2 drops of lemon essential oil or eucalyptus essential oil on kidney area, top with hot compress.  Repeat as often as needed.  – Drink 4oz. (1/2 cup) distilled water with juice from 1/2 lemon every 30 min for 6 hours, then take 2 T. virgin olive oil with the juice of one lemon and repeat daily until stone passes, Drink plenty of pure clean water.

The friend who shared this kidney stone/liver gall bladder cleanse had several kidney stones over 20 years ago, he has used this cleanse once a year, and never had another one.

My husband had 3 stones in one year, then started this cleanse, he has not had another one for over three years now.  He also recommends cutting down on pop, using Tums & antacids sparingly.  As they may contribute to kidney stones.  I have never had a kidney stone, I do this cleanse for prevention, and a liver gall bladder cleanse.  These run in the family.
